Very nice done! I think this will look good once you get it textured, but the model pretty tight. It can be a trick going between the two programs and I use the obj export to deal with it, though you can use the FBX as well. The obj exportor export models out of Max as quads, providing the are quad base to start with.
I really like the model, especially because the vehicle is just so darn interesting! Has just enough details to keep you interested, but still simple as well! Great work! I think it was probably the strongest in the class!

Really solid model considering the constraints. This would be a perfect candidate for some ruggid textures and maybe some zbrush battle damage!
